My plans are probably a tune, intake, exhaust, wheels and suspension. What are your plans? Anyone thinking of perhaps doing more serious upgrades like going with a bigger turbo?

First round, intake, exhaust, tune.

Second round, intercooler w/pipes, downpipes, and a retune if necessary.

Forgive my ignorance but who is SFR & BTR ?? Am new with Kias cars and also with Kias tuners !!
SeoulStinger is right, I was referring to BTR and SFR racing. When I had my Genesis coupe, they were the only two offering any kind of tuning, and they both knew their stuff. Mine was the 3.8L V6, and with a simple tune (from BTR), an exhaust and intake, I dropped .8 seconds at the track, and my mileage improved almost 100 miles per tank. And this was an NA engine; they unlock even more power from turbo engines, so, I can't wait to see what they do for the Stinger.

TurboTx how did you like your Genesis coupe? I came very close to picking one up a few years ago.

I LOVED that car; trading it was one of the dumbest thing I've ever done. I had it 3 years and 40k flawless, reliable miles and I'd still have it now, but noooo, I just HAD to have one of the new mustangs when they came out in 2014. I never stopped missing the Gen though, and still feel a little twinge of guilt when I see one.

I hope I love the Stinger as much as I did the GC, because I really would hate to keep throwing away money on a car I don't like...lol

Glad to hear that, I love the rareness Genesis Coupe and even the pre-face lift design still looks good today.

You are so right about that; I love cars that you don't see coming and going (says the dingus that bought a damn mustang, the camry of coupes..lol). That's why even though I want the Stinger to be a hit for kia, I hope it sells in smallish numbers.

Probably won't touch it honestly. Bone stock and a 10yr/100k doesn't sound bad at all. However, I did come across a 300 SRT8 and a Chevy SS the other day. Boy do I have a decision to make...[???:)]

I have been instructed by she who is the boss, "Not until it is paid off!" LOL But of course if I get it from my dealer of choice they double the factory warranty, 20/200,000. So I will have some time to shake out the bugs of the stock car, espc. with this most likely being the last car I purchase for a very long while.

Most of us can relate to this my friend.
