Possible lifter noise

I have a 2019 G-70 3.3t sport with just over 6000 miles on it. I recently found that when I first start the engine in the morning (cold) for about 10-15 seconds I get a tic,tic,tic, noise. My auto guru tells me it is is caused by a lifter not seating properly and allowing the oil to drain our when it sits overnight. When I start it the tic is metal to metal until oil is pumped up to it. Does anyone have any experience with this problem? Anyone know if any tech bulletins address the subject? Any info you can supply will be appreciated!

Yes the stinger does the same thing but it's the injectors your hearing until the car warms up. It's normal for the GDI engines....

Tap the throttle slightly and it goes away. High Pressure Fuel Pump noise.
