I need some help with a pair of GFB TMS Hybrid BOVs. I have the 3.3TT So they are the type that can’t be adjusted by spinning the centers of the valves. You basically either get full atmosphere, full recirc or 50/50 atmosphere/recirc. Right now I have it set up on full atmosphere and the spring load Allen screw is 4 turns in from the top on both valves. Should the engine run full recirc or full atmosphere and is the spring load screw turned too far into the valve or should I be good? Sorry I just don’t know what the hell I am doing. The instructions from GFB are ok but they don’t tell you what’s “best overall for the car.” Are the stock valves running on full recirc when they’re on the car?

Yes, stock is going to recirculate the air at an attempt to help the turbo when off and on the throttle quickly such as a track condition. Full atmospheric is safe just not as "helpful" per say when driving the car in a track condition as previously stated. Decent article below.
I ran a diverter on my mk7 golf r as the single larger turbo appreciated more air quicker. It is up to the driver ultimately. You aren't going to damage anything running either way.
