My OE summer performance tires (Michelin Pilot Sport 4) at 25 km are at 5/32 front and 3/32 rear. I am replacing them now. Is it ok to put All Season performance tires on the Sport model? Any suggestions on what tires are best? Thanks.

Just put the All Season versions of the same tires that you have just the All Season version.

Michelin Pilot Sport 4 all season
